Day 12

• Breakfast and rest in Barchidiv (2900 m).
• Start of the trek to Sarez Lake – approximately 22 km walk.
• Throughout the path, discovery of spectacular landscapes and the river escaping from the ruins of Sarez.
• Halfway, a possible stop at the "Tchoikhona" campsite for lunch and a short rest.
• CAUTION: The trail is sometimes narrow and difficult; caution is required.
• At the end of the day, arrival at the Usoi Dam (3623 m), the highest natural dam in the world (567 m).
• If light permits, possibility of photographing and admiring the beauty of the lake, as well as meeting the Ministry of Emergency Situations agents working there.
• Dinner and overnight in tents.
• Elevation gain: Barchidiv (2900 m) → Usoi Dam (3623 m) = +723 m.
